Henk Mooij takes the helm as Riverlake Rotterdam’s new Managing Director!

We are thrilled to share the exciting news that Henk Mooij will be joining our team as the new Managing Director of the Riverlake office in Rotterdam, starting from October 2nd, 2023.

With numerous years of hands-on experience, Henk brings a wealth of knowledge, an extensive network, and unparalleled expertise in the maritime sector.

As we continue to strengthen our position as the leading barging shipbrokers, with active participation from Mitchell Van Der Hoeven and our dedicated team members, we are excited to announce the launch of a dedicated coastal and deep-sea division that will complement our existing barging operations. Henk will play a pivotal role in driving this expansion.

In other news, we bid farewell to Judit Toth, our Managing Director until now, who has chosen to focus on her journey as a mother following the arrival of her second child. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Judit for her incredible contributions during her tenure at Riverlake.

But that’s not all – we’re not just bolstering our team; we’re also upgrading our office space. We are delighted to announce our upcoming move to the state-of-the-art World Port Center of Rotterdam Tower complex. We’re filled with positivity as we embark on this exciting new chapter!
